Dave is responsible for the management and business development of our key Datacom, Electrical, and Industrial accounts across Canada.
He has been in the electrical and communications industry his entire career since graduating with a Bachelor of Commerce degree in 1985 from McMaster University. Having held leadership roles in both distribution and manufacturing organizations, he understands channel to market and the successful synergy that can be formed through clear communication and shared goals and visions.
Dave has always recognized the importance of being a good custodian of the industry and is a current board member of Electro Federation of Canada, having served on various committees and the National Advisory Council over the past several years.
Dave loves football, swimming, spending time on the golf links in the summer and recently took up lap steel guitar as a new challenge.
Tim has responsibility for the business development and strategic direction of our Telecom, Broadband, and Wireless business across Canada.
A 20-year veteran of the telecommunication sector and with over 30 years experience in distribution & supply chain management, Tim has held numerous senior management positions in Purchasing, Supplier Relations, Supply Chain Management and Business Development. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Western Ontario.
Tim, both in business and in his personal life, has embraced continuous improvement. He has a passion for learning, for the industries that we serve, and for the people within it.
He is the father of four adult children and enjoys the great outdoors, cooking, playing golf poorly and travelling the world with his family.
Trevor has responsibility for the business development and strategic direction of our Electrical and Data/Comm team across Canada.
He is a 20-year veteran of the electrical and data/comm sector, with over 20 years’ experience in distribution & manufacturing leadership.
Trevor joined SOS in 2022 as the merger of two great rep firms were formed to offer the best-in-class solutions for our valued partners. He has a passion for learning, opening new opportunities and enjoying the many strong relationships our industry has to offer.
He is a father of three adult children who enjoys (watching) hockey, (playing and watching) golf, sailing and travel.
Roman has been with Sales Outsource Solutions serving the Telecom, Datacom and Industrial industries for over two years. Prior to this, Roman spent 8 years in the automotive industry where he held a variety of sales and sales management positions with Audi, Mercedes and Volkswagen and was the recipient of several sales industry awards and dealership achievements.
A true sales professional, Roman has quickly established himself within the Telecommunications/Broadband industry as customer-focused, responsive, and knowledgeable of the market he serves.
Roman loves spending time with his wife and their families, has a passion for cars, golf, soccer and hockey and was an accomplished player in those latter two sports.
Savitri is another member of the Sales Outsource Solutions team that has extensive experience within the Electrical & Datacom industries.
Over her 25+ year career, Savitri has held a variety of business development and sales positions supporting the consultant, end user and contractor communities throughout her tenure at Texcan, TVC, Anixter, Graybar & most recently Hilti.
A graduate of the University of the West Indies, Savitri has a major in Economics.
She loves watching movies and spending time with her daughter at the beach, playing tennis and hiking. Savitri is a self-professed “golf wannabe”
Maria's passion is to provide excellent customer service by empowerring customers and supporting them to succeed. Maria is joining SOS with over 20 years sales experience in biotechnology, paging and telecom industry. She had made a significant contribution in growing major accounts with her nurturing attitude towards clients and long term trusts and relationships she build with them.
She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Education major in Linguistics and Specialized in Journalism and very eager to learn new concepts and ideas in areas that she is passionate about. She has acquaired a number of sales trainings and has applied these strategies effectively in growing the business.
Maria is a fitness enthusiast and enjoys joining races - she had completed 6 half marathons and working on her personal best to complete her first full marathon, She loves nature and enjoys outdoor activities with her family. She loves making jewelry and recently embark on a hobby of building gundam model kits.
Chris is responsible for the management and business development of our Datacom and Electrical accounts across Atlantic Canada.
With over 25 years of experience in the IT, Physical Security, and Communication sectors, Chris's experiences range from application development, design and architecture to Project/Program Management and Management Consulting. Chris also has extensive experience participating in and leading sales teams.
Originally from Newfoundland and Labrador, Chris has lived in many areas of the US and Canada and has resided in three of the four Atlantic provinces. He has an undergraduate degree from Memorial University of Newfoundland and Labrador as well as an MBA from Saint Mary’s University and a number of professional certifications.
Chris currently resides in the Halifax, NS area with his family. He enjoys golfing, working out and reading, usually with the family dog in close proximity.
Scott has been in the electrical industry for over 25 years first starting off as an apprentice electrician for 2 years then graduated over to the distribution channel with Eecol Electric where he held various roles mainly outside sales and lighting specialist for Northern AB for 10+ years. Then switching gears and joining the manufacturing side and working for Panduit for 16 years as a Territory Account Manager. as well as joining the North American EPC & IC/MRO team.
Scott is focused on creating demand for products and solutions he represents as well as building relationships with his customers to become a trusted advisor. He has been involved with designing some of the electrical products that are currently being used in the industry today.
Scott and his wife have two daughters and a dog. They enjoy everything outdoors including snowmobiling, snowboarding & ice fishing in the winter and for the summer months they are either going for short trips on their motorbikes to check small town restaurants that are hidden gems or out at the track dirt biking and surfing out at the lake with family and friends.
Paige obtained her diploma in Business Administration and is currently a Human Resource professional with a background in Accounting.
Paige brings a unique set of skills to the table. With her diverse background, Paige has the knowledge and ability to help Sales Outsource Solutions with their financial services.
In Paige’s spare time, she loves to spend time with her family, friends and her 3 pets. She is also quite the coffee enthusiast and hopes to travel Europe some day.
For the past 17-and-a-half-years Pam has worked with Oldcastle Infrastructure, where she led an amazing team of Customer Experience Specialists, intent on customer satisfaction, and improving the customer experience.
Pam’s goal is to provide next level customer service by giving our customers more than what they ask for. She prides herself in always going above and beyond what the customer requires and is committed to supporting them throughout the entire sales cycle. To her, a customer is anyone who is asking for her assistance.
In her downtime, Pam loves to quilt and shop for quilting material. She spends as much time as possible with her husband of 35 years, her two daughters and her two grandsons. She loves all sports, especially hockey (of course) and baseball, (she is a Jays fan)!
She enjoys cottage country and getting away at least once a year for a new experience to unwind!
Jordan Klarer is joining Sales Outsource Solutions after 5 years working in the electrical industry in roles that grew from summer associate to marketing coordinator. Over that time, he has acquired the requisite skills to succeed at his new role with Sales Outsource.
Jordan has a degree in Marketing from Niagara College as well as a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Communication from Brock University. In his role with Sales Outsource Solutions he will be responsible for creating marketing campaigns, working with key vendors, as well as channel development.
In his spare time Jordan loves to golf, is an avid film viewer, reads every single day, and tries to exercise every day (not every day).
Brenda has spent over three decades serving the Electrical and Datacom Industries in Western Canada.
She has held a wide range of sales and senior management roles in both manufacturing and distribution (Western Regional Sales Manager, Canadian Sales Manager, North American Sales Manager) with ShawFlex Div of ShawCor, Prysmian Cables, Deca Cables and most recently with Noramco.
Holding degrees in both Business Management and Accounting, Brenda is passionate about creating demand for the products and solutions that she represents. Possessing strong long-term relationships, she has a reputation for being a staunch advocate for her customers.
On a personal note, Brenda and her husband enjoy spending time with all of their ‘zoo friends’ their horses, dogs and cats. She also loves to camp, garden and is the winner of numerous Sales Outsource Solutions weekly music trivia contests.
Jean-Pierre has supported and serviced the Electrical & Datacom Industry for the last 22 years. Acting as a trusted advisor, he has held serval business development sales roles in the province of Quebec & Eastern Canada Regions. Most recently working for Mission Technical Solutions, 20 years with Panduit Corporation & 14 years with Saint-Gobain International.
A Graduate of the University of Quebec in Montreal he holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and a marketing Degree. He has a passion for outdoor sports like skiing, biking, hiking & swimming.
In the 30+ years during which he has been involved in the Telecom industry, Serge has taken on several roles such as Director of Technical Operations for some of the largest Canadian operators,
as well as product manager and many different sales roles and responsibilities with Canadian and US based distributors.
He never misses an opportunity to hone his technical knowledge in an ever-changing industry. He is the father of two adult children and grandchildren and enjoys cooking to relax and practices Jiu-Jitsu to stay fit.
Wei has 15 years experience in supply chain holding various positions in purchasing, inventory control and supplier relations. Wei has worked in multiple sectors from biotechnology manufacturing, utility and telecommunication distributors. Wei's passion is to provide excellent service to internal customers and vendors' community to meet & exceed stakeholders' expectations.
Wei graduated from University of Windsor with a degree in Bachelor of Science, and is certified supply chain management professional (cSCMP) from Supply Chain Canada. Wei has three children and is an avid skier and fisherman.
Alex serves the Telecom Division in the Ontario/Manitoba region and prior to his involvement with Sales Outsource Solutions he has held serval business development and sales roles. Most recently, Alex led the Partnership and Sales efforts for an international Agency in the technology industry where he grew the Canadian and US division by acquiring clients and nurturing relationships with Google, Microsoft, and Facebook channels.
Alex holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Guelph and he is passionate about constantly learning and applying winning ideas that progress personal and professional relationships in the industry he serves.
Alex loves spending time with his family and close friends. He also enjoys snowboarding, hockey, running, hiking, biking, swimming, and exploring Canada’s beautiful landscape. He plans on becoming a better golfer this season.
Keith has spent over 30 years in the electrical industry working both
in distribution and selling for a manufacturer.
Keith’s focus is to provide excellent service to his channel partners and specify full solutions to his Industrial and OEM customers.
Outside of work Keith can often be found at a hockey rink or enjoying Muskoka.
Chris has held a variety of Inside Sales and Customer Service Management roles over a 15-year tenure in the rep agency business.
Highly respected for his technical competence, responsiveness and his exceptional customer service, Chris is the conduit between our customers and our manufacturer partners with respect to quotations, technical support, expediting, and a variety of other commercial inquiries.
Chris has a passion for providing excellent customer care.
In his spare time, Chris loves DIY projects of any kind, working on old cars, spending time with his wife and dog and an interest in vintage electronics.
Greg has served the Canadian Datacom, Electrical and Telecommunications industries for almost four decades and, along with Norm, is co-founder of Sales Outsource Solutions. Greg has a wide range of experience in leading manufacturing, distribution and sales agency businesses.
Holding his RCDD accreditation, Greg serves as an advisor to our team in numerous markets and product solutions, including but not limited to PoE, Datacom, alternative energy, infrastructure solutions, and installation tools and equipment. We continue to leverage Greg’s extensive relationships in the design, consulting, engineering community.
Greg is in the process of building a cottage, loves spending time with his family and new puppy, watching sports and loves the company of his many friends over a dinner or a drink.
Sheldon is a recent graduate from the University of Western Ontario where he obtained a Bachelor of Management and Organizational Studies, with a Specialization in Finance.
Sheldon has led our migration to the Repfabric CRM, a state-of-the-art sales agency operating system and has now assumed several finance/accounting responsibilities within the company. Furthermore, he has responsibility for the execution of our demand creation program.
He has a passion for soccer and supporting his favourite soccer club, Chelsea FC. He also enjoys a variety of other sports and spending time outdoors and quality time with family.
Martin possesses over 25 years experience in broadband technology and within the fibre optic construction industry.
Combining a high level of technical acumen with a long history of business development success, Martin has held various sales and product management positions, most recently with TVC Canada over a span of two decades. He also possesses international sales experience selling broadband technology in the USA and heavy machinery in Norway.
A B.Comm graduate from The University of British Columbia, Martin loves skiing, running and exploring the nature of the beautiful west coast. Additionally, he fancy’s himself a bit of a Business and Biography book junkie.
Paul has been in the electrical industry for the past 20 years, having spent 18 of the years with Panduit. He held several roles and covered all of Western Canada during his time with Panduit. Prior to Panduit he spent 12 years in security alarm distribution with what is now Tri-Ed.
He has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Waterloo. Paul has many strong business relationships built based on his product knowledge and consultative approach to sales. He is looking forward building to many of these relationships through Sales Outsource Solutions.
Paul is married with two children. In his free time Paul enjoys playing golf and travelling anywhere but preferably to places near an ocean.
Kevin is joining Sales Outsource Solutions through the strategic partnership with Mission Technical Solutions.
He is responsible for sales and business development in the Ontario region, along with the balance of the Ontario team members.
Kevin has over 40 years of electrical experience with 30 years selling for a manufacturer. Kevin has a strong technical background and is a trusted advisor to both his end users and channel partners.
In his 40 years within the industry, he has worked both on the distributor side, as well as for a manufacturer, and 30+ years with Panduit.
In his spare time, he enjoys golfing, renovating, and spending time with family and friends.
Dennis has over 31 years of electrical expertise in tooling, selling for a manufacturer, and is a valued solution provider. Prior to joining the electrical industry,
Dennis served in our Canadian Armed Forces.
He is a husband and father of one adult daughter. Dennis considers having strong family values and connections as his best virtues. He enjoys golf , scuba diving , cooking and traveling .
